BFB ETHOS

When a diet becomes restrictive, it often leads to an unhealthy relationship with food.

Constantly telling yourself "I can’t have..." creates unease and tension, and an internal struggle against what seems like limited food choices.


The drive behind creating the BFB community, is to provide the scaffolding that allows a person with dietary 'limitations' to feel limitless again.

THE FOOD LIST AND
STRATEGY SESSION

Food List:

The food list contains a comprehensive list of foods used in a wide variety of cuisines. By eliminating foods from the list the foods that you know aren't good for you, your eyes are open to a whole range of foods you CAN eat, many of which you may not have considered trying before.

Strategy Session:

Your strategy session will be a one on one discussion with BFB's founder, Adam Rice. During this session we aim to gain an understanding of your relationship with food; that is, how you feel about food, how you feel about cooking, and how different foods make you feel.
