ADAM RICE

is a Chef, Author, NLP Practitioner and Culinary Mentor. Adam has worked in more than 150 kitchens over 20 years, including some of Melbourne’s Top Restaurants such as Ezard, Mr Wolf and QT Hotel. More recently he has worked as an exclusive Personal Chef inside some of Melbourne’s most luxurious residences and on Luxury Yachts for the rich and famous around the world. Adam has refined his expertise in Asian Fusion, Italian, French, Modern European and Modern Australian cuisines.

Armed with a wealth of knowledge of food and cooking, fine-tuned expertise, and a passion for wellness; 5 years ago Adam founded the Better Food Bureau. It has been a labour of love to transform his personal experience into the content he is able to offer today. In conjunction with Nathropath Carly Meaden, Adam has combined his knowledge, know-how and insider hacks to provide unique systems and principles allowing people with Dietary Restrictions to access and cook better food.
