Hi, I'm Adam Rice, founder of Better Food Bureau. Throughout my life I have learned a lot about food!

I have been working as a chef for over 20 years and have had the privilege of serving a wide variety of cuisines and styles in many amazing restaurants and locations.

I completed my apprenticeship at Ezard, a two-hat modern Asian restaurant; and have worked under X Vue de Monde head chefs: Mark Briggs and Andrew Harmer.  Some other great Chefs that I've worked alongside include Dallas Reilley and Dylan Roberts.

I believe that food is not merely a source of nutrition or a means to satisfy our bellies. Food is an experience — an exploration, anchor, nostalgic — it is a fantastic way to bring people together. Overall, it is a practice of sharing and offering.
