Hi, I’m Adam Rice, founder of Better Food Bureau. It’s my belief that every person, no matter their dietary restrictions, should be able to eat delicious restaurant-quality food at home, every day.
My results-based approach takes the guesswork away from cooking for allergies, intolerances, and other dietary restrictions, enabling you to enjoy delicious food, even if you are on the most restrictive diet.
I’ve worked as a chef for over 20 years in many amazing restaurants, and as a personal chef for clients with a long list of
