Hi, I'm Adam Rice, founder of Better Food Bureau. Throughout my life I’ve learned a lot about food.

I’ve worked as a chef for over 20 years and have had the privilege of serving a wide variety of cuisines and styles in many amazing restaurants and locations.

I completed my apprenticeship at Ezard, a two-hat modern Asian restaurant; and have worked under X Vue de Monde head chefs: Mark Briggs and Andrew Harmer. I've also gained enormous inspiration working along Chefs such as Dallas Reiley and Dylan Roberts. But it has been through working as a Professional Personal Chef in some of Melbourne's most luxurious homes and around the world on private yachts, that I really developed my love for personalised, customised food. Food specific to the individuals needs, food that gives the real 'WOW' quality when presented, and at the same time amplifies a persons health by being customised to their specific dietary needs.


As a High-End Personal Chef I was catering to the same clients over extended periods of time, they chose me not just because I create inspiring dishes, but because they wanted consistently customised, nutritious, health sustaining meals.
