Hi, I'm Adam Rice, founder of Better Food Bureau. It’s my belief that every person, no matter what their dietary restrictions, should be able to eat delicious restaurant quality food at home, every day.

My results-based approach takes the guess-work away from cooking for allergies, intolerances and other dietary restrictions, enabling you to enjoy delicious food, even if you are on the most restrictive diet.

I’ve worked as a chef for over 20 years in many amazing restaurants, and as a personal chef for clients with a long list of dietary restrictions, including allergies, intolerances, low fodmap, gluten free, vegetarian and more. 

Throughout the years, I’ve developed formulas, systems and hacks for making delicious meals catering to any dietary need. Now I want to teach you, no matter what your experience, how to cook exceptionally good food at home.
