BeFit Food have an awesome product and after recently being featured on Shark Tank, they had a 500% increase on inquiries overnight but weren’t ready to meet the demand. They called us and we executed a rapid 10-day plan to fix their problems and get them up to speed. The biggest issues we identified within this operation were:
